This was my second stay. The hotel is luxurious. Personal attention from staff. The location is great for business in the High tech zone, with easy access from the international airport - seven stops on the metro. Am planning to return in October and will always stay at the Fairmont when on business in Chengdu.

We always choose the Fairmont when we visit Chengdu as it’s so convenient to get from the airport, the metro stop at Century City being right outside. The high corner king rooms are lovely and we were very grateful to be upgraded to one of these.

We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was so clean, comfortable and light, with lots of room. We had club lounge access, a little oasis of peace and quiet to retreat to during the day while my husband was working. The Staff in the lounge were wonderful including Jeanne who looked after us so well and Rita.

An upscale hotel in a prime location. Grandiose view. Lots of gastronomy nearby. Subway in front. Superb view. Friendly staff. Can't think of much to improve.

Hotel located in south Chengdu and easy reach to city center by metro or automobile. the Breakfast is in both western and Chinese flavor which is perfect! once I visit chengdu again will definitly stay at Faimont chengdu again.

The rooms are beautiful and very well appointed with great views. The metro station is just outside the main entrance making it very convenient and accessible

Attentive and friendly staff. We had an issue in the original room and they took care of it right away. Also gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience.

Have stayed at this hotel on many previous occasions and never disappoints. Rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. Great location, with Century City MTR right outside the front entrance.

This is maybe the best 5 star hotel in China. Amazing facilities, wonderful cuisine and super friendly staff. We loved it.
